An Australian by way of New York now residing in Colorado, Chris’ ten-year career has meant working on many notable global brands. Highlights include launching the new Lenovo brand campaign, introducing the Underwriters Laboratories brand to LATAM and APAC markets, and directing the development of CSC and Hitachi Data Systems’ global marketing.

Colorado born and raised with ten years in the industry, Corrie operates with the Teddy Roosevelt speak softly and carry a big stick approach to management — exactly what you need from the person who keeps us all on task and on schedule. Experience includes IBM, Cisco, Covidien, and CSC. And she also has extensive experience executing global marketing campaigns with an emphasis on sales enablement and ABM.

Mostly a native, Dave’s career began in the newspaper industry, back when people knew what those were. He made the switch to digital content in the late ’90s, before the dotcom bust. His resume includes a 7-year stint as a columnist for the Rocky Mountain News and 5 years as director of content operations for Examiner.com. He rides old motorcycles, plays trombone professionally, can sing the themes to almost every TV show produced prior to 1995, and is an Eagle Scout.

Geoff Eakin

Creative Director

Geoff has guided teens up Mt. Rainier, reconstructed 13th-century stone walls in Tuscany, and hitchhiked across Australia. Perhaps more relevant, he has worked on accounts including Park City, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Delta Airlines and Bayer. Geoff was raised in New York City but finds the tumbleweed and slot canyons of the American West to be more appealing. He’s always up for whatever creative challenge is thrown his way.

With eleven of her fifteen years in marketing being at Faction, there isn’t much Gwin can’t make happen. When she’s not managing production across numerous mediums, digital and analog — she spends her time hanging out with her two boys, skiing, and rooting for any and all Colorado sports teams. Experience includes CSC, Hitachi Data Systems, Avaya, Arrow, Trust Company of America, WOW!, and Integra Telecom.

Overseeing its financial and internal operations, Jim has more than 20 years of experience helping start-up companies become sustainable businesses and sustainable businesses become successful enterprises. Jim drives companies forward with a combination of financial acumen, experience, and an unwavering focus on improvement in processes and communications.

Kalli brings over 10 years of agency account management experience to the Faction team. She is responsible for working with clients to identify business goals, and developing marketing strategies to achieve those goals. Her client experience has encompassed both B2B and B2C companies, in a variety of industries and disciplines.

A Creative with a strong knack for Strategy, Ned is one of the newer additions to Faction — coming to us with over 20 years of brand-building experience for agencies in Denver, Minneapolis, and New York. Experience includes Target, MillerCoors, Blue Moon Brewing, Procter & Gamble, Polaris, Transamerica, H&R Block, and Sprint. And yes, he has done a TV commercial for the Super Bowl. With Willie Nelson no less.
